This quest is short and easy.

1. 1 Talk to the NPC. And follow her around, at random intervals, she'll be dropping an item. Pick it up. and stop when you get 20.
2. 2 Hunt Cat's eyes from the Mao Guai MOB, if you click on the link of the item,. it'll tell you more about it.
3. 3 Once you have all the items needed. Talk to the NPC again. She'll give you a Moonlight Flower Hat.
