NPC Involved	Items Required
Village Leader um_in 39,121	10x Oil Paper 5x Slick Paper 1x Squid Ink 1x Feather of Birds 1x Mr. Smile

1. Speak to the Village Leader (um_in 39, 121) located inside a hut in north-west Umbala (umbala 68, 253). You must be wearing a Mr. Smile.

2. Make sure you select "I want to learn Utan Language", he will then ask you to bring him, 10 Oil Paper, 5 Slick Paper, 1 Squid Ink and 1 Feather of Birds.

3. Once you have all the items, talk to the Village Leader once more and he will then teach you the language.

Note: You will now be able to understand all of the NPC's in Umbala.
