This quest is currently bugged and is not available.

1. Talk to Dr. Mali (mal_in02 178,58), who will tell you to get a fixing kit from Bob.
2. Talk to Bob mal_in14094, who will give you a fixing kit.
3. Talk to a crack outside. First use the mixture, then the stapler. The crack will vanish if you did it right.
4. Return to Dr. Mali for your reward. Receive 20 E Class Coin.
