    Patcher Errors & Solution

Patcher.exe - System Error
Error Message: "The program can't start because mfc110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Summary:
It seems like the patcher has not been properly installed inside the game's installation folder.
This only affects installations prior 2020-06-22. If you've downloaded GatheringRO at a later date, this error should never appear.

Solutions:
a.) Re-install the patcher only. Make sure to select the correct installation folder where your game files reside. DOWNLOAD HERE

b.) Re-install the entire game. Please compare the installer date with the latest available and make sure you're using our latest one. DOWNLOAD HERE

Patch process failed
There are several reasons why the patching process may fail, maybe even without showing an error. Mostly caused because the user interfered with the patcher by closing it while its in a critical patch state or because you were playing during patching. Although it rarely happens, it's also possible that a security software interfered with the patcher, because its modifying game folder files and installing new data.

Summary:
You suspect that the patch process has failed, and you're possibly recieving errors when starting or playing the game since the latest updates.

Solutions:
a.) Navigate to the game's installation folder. Search for the file patch_progress.inf and delete it. This will reset your patching progress, so on the next start of the patcher it will re-download and install all patches.
b.) Re-install the entire game. Please compare the installer date with the latest available and make sure you're using our latest one. DOWNLOAD HERE
