My personal best known breaker sinx guide

.:First lets start off with the general build Idea:.

I'm not giving exact stats because it's kinda boring someone telling you exactly what to do... Try to experiment and vary stats not use peoples exact specifications.

Basically you want as much attack power as possible so..

STR - 190-200

AGI - Enough for 195 ASPD

DEX - Excess points (Note: Some people recommend adding enough for instant cast but if your soul job is breaking you should not need to worry)

INT - Excess points

VIT - 95-180 (Note: you do not want to be easily killed by defenders while breaking but at the same time you dont want thanatos users to kill you, Solution; Tao Gunka if possible.)

LUK - Enough to critical the Emp each hit (probably around 105 crit rate unless you have katars equiped than maybe 55-60)

.:Your Weapon Choices:.

.Double Dagger / Blades.

With Double Dagger / Blade type you should have two +10 main gauches/ +10 Blades or a combo 1 of each (so double attack is still in effect) if possible

1 Orc Skeleton (found at orcsdun01/02) Card on each Dagger

Reason: Important but often over looked; Orc Skeleton card increases damage dealt on holy element target, the Emp is a holy element target. Simple right?

1 Thanatos

Reason: The Emp is a small sized target and this card increases damage on small sized targets by 15% (Also don't use two of these unless you don't have anything better)

1 Abysmal Knight Card in each dagger and an additional 1 in an open slot

Reason: The Emp though not known by many is indeed considered a boss target. I Have personally tested this on several servers as well as this one it is a fact.

1 Turtle General Card on the open slot

Reason: Adds 20% damage on any target

.Katars.

With Katars you should have a +10 Specialty Jur with...

1 Orc Skeleton Card

1 Abysmal Knight Card

1 Turtle General

1 Thanatos

Katars have higher attack speed than daggers and blades and also the critical rate on your character is doubled while using this weapon. (Note: It does not show this but it is fact)

.Dagger&Shield.

On Your Dagger you should have basically the same cards you would have on a katar and carry a few shields

My Recommendations,

Shield 1 Have a Golden Thief Bug Card

Shield 2 Have a Thara Frog Card

Shield 3 Have a Maya Card

Also Valkyrie Randgris is a nice card to have on any weapon.

Reason: Weapon is immune to strip and adds 10% damage (Credit to Zeratos, Thx forgot about that one)

.:Come Prepared:.

Make sure you have plenty of healing items and have cursed water for doing higher damage on the emp because it takes 125% damage when being attacked by a shadow prop

I hope my guide will give you Assassins a better understanding of proper emp breaking

200 vit = death from people with thana ;)

Also, gloom under the night card is an excellent choice for breaking. My choice for breaking personally includes (thana 2tgens vrand) and (2tgens and 2orcskels).

I didn't know that the emp was a boss... :blink:

EDIT: Also if you're gonna break with crit, its better to use blades for maximum damage. Daggers, on the other hand, work better maxing dex.

Thanks guys for pointing out my forgetfulness

I am semi new to the server still have yet to get the full gRO woe experience but with your help this guide will be more suitable for the SinX's of the server rather than my general knowledge of all servers I've played combined

From my known knowledge you can use abysmal knights on the Emperium.

It's a lot better than turtle general because you don't waste the time casting

magnum break on the emp.

If you're going to use thanatos do not go crit. crit damage will be less than

the damage you can pull off with thanatos.

Not the best guide....but not that bad, il list the equips you need to be a breaker

VH+Mayap(Same good ol MayaP to see hidden fools)

Sunnies/Neb+LK Card!(Yesh, LK Card is so much needed to break, il fill the details later on)

Varmor+GLOOM (NOT TAO)

Main+ Vrand+TGen+Orc+Thana Right Hand

Main+TG+TG+Orc+Orc Left Hand

Asprika/Anything that works

Sleips

Meg

Results: OWNAGE TO THE EMP. Tried and tested: No LK Card=5-7 secs to break Emp, LK Card=4-6 Secs

Super Sweet Tips: When ur breaking ONLY IN WOE get ur vit to the max, why? Because if u got a LK Card, when u zerk your defence goes 0 so thana users wont do crap against you, and as well that will help ur hp go high,ALWAYS carry a GTB with you when you are going to the castles, NOT TO BREAK, only to enter them, since almost in every castle there are wizzies storm gusting the shit out of you, always use cursed water before breaking and going into zerk, the sequence should be: Enteruçing Castle with GTB, In the Way to the EMP, change to ur full weapons, when ur close to EMP cursed water+EDP+Zerk, and BOOM!, Strike The Emp till death, it will take a lot to kill u, and if u feel u might get killed, dont feel bad about trying to kill some noobs, remember zerk doubles ur dmdge, so its like 85% sure that you will deal more than 12k dmage to them, Hope it Helped.

thanatos for crit? maybe u mean dessert wolf and if u go katar (wich i hihly doubt u would) the paper might come in handy if ur crit

Vrand Doesn't make u immune to strip.. it makes ur weapon unbreakable~

If you need any more clarification on the emperium stats, use monster property on it.

General Info :

Holy 1. ( Magnum Break Bonus damage will be decreased by 25%. Does not affect base damage applied )

Small ( Daggers deal 100% on small targets whereas blades deal 75%. )

Angel Race ( So far, no cards except GuN have bonus damage multipliers on this )

Since emp is an angel race does this card apply ? :

Fallen Bishop Hibram Card [Footgear] Item ID# 4441 (Fallen_Bishop_Hibram_Card)

Description: MATK + 10%, Maximum SP - 50%

Increases damage inflicted on Demihuman and Angel monster by 50%.

Because i've yet to seen anyone even mentioning it here ...

Who ever said ONLY orc skels?? Use desert wolf dummy..

FYI.. During WoE.. Knockback is disabled...

Who the fuck would use SK during WoE.. Especially if your a breaker..

Why vrangdris?? 10% increase damage?? /swt... Thats a suck ass.. Get FCP (Too hard?? Dual log.. easy as that)

I am merely giving out my advice and points.. Why spend on billions to get useless cards when there are effective ways and cheaper too...
